When writing a book, it is easy to forget that the exercise is not unlike a final exam with the readers assuming the professors role of grading your work. The editing process is designed to minimize the number of typos and errors of omission and commission. Yet sometimes, incorrect assumptions, an error in research or just tired eyes allow mistakes to creep in. While many people helped create this book, I am solely responsible for the mistakes that it contains. I encourage the reader to contact me with corrections, which I will post on this page, and will consider for any future editions of the book.
